Procedures

First steps - at the time of death

In these painful circumstances, the Maison PLATZ team can support you by taking care of the administrative formalities and national or international procedures involved at the time of death.

In the event of death at home:

You should call a/your doctor to:

  • - Declare the cause of death

If you contact us afterwards, we will come to your home to choose the coffin and guide you in arranging the funeral.

The same certificates will be sent to you by the establishment. Thereafter, it is up to you to contact us or another funeral director.
